Hands-on Training to Complete Your Qualification
This massage course requires first aid training as part of the course curriculum. If you've previously completed a first aid course which meets the national competencies for the National Training Package HLTFA301B - Apply First Aid (including St. John Ambulance Senior First Aid Certificate), you'll receive credit for this part of the course.
You will also be required to complete 150 hours of practical clinical training which you can undertake at ACNT's campus in Sydney. If you live outside of Sydney, you can undertake your training at an approved local clinic or practice.

Articulation and Upgrade Pathways
Through ACNT's articulation arrangement with Charles Sturt University, you may apply for entrance into the University's Bachelor of Health Science (Complementary Medicine) degree program, using your qualification to gain advanced standing.
You may also upgrade your qualification in a number of ways, with advanced standing for completed modules:

Enrol in the 1-year (full-time) Diploma of Integrated Body Therapies course and graduate with three separate qualifications:
- Diploma of Remedial Massage
- Certificate IV in Aromatherapy
