Course Overview

The Master of Arts in Public Sector Leadership provides a management education program for public sector middle managers. It is a skills-based program combining tertiary study with experiential learning. Today's public sector environment is constantly evolving, this course allows students to develop maturity as Professional Managers in the public domain and increase their flexibility and capacity to operate skillfully in this changing environment.

This postgraduate course is a joint venture partnership between Commonwealth, State and Territory governments.

Each unit in the program offers practical tools and strategies that can assist public sector managers to better understand their operating environment and to navigate it successfully. Contemporary examples are used to illustrate the issues canvassed in individual topics, relating back to students' experiences in the workplace.
